Amphenol PCD is currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist at our Beverly, MA location.

Brief Summary:
Our Customer Account Specialist provides focused support to customers and internal departments in a fast-paced working environment to maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to company success.

Overview of Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for all client communication, conflict resolution, and compliance escalating as needed
• Provide accurate and on time quotes to assigned customer base & track contract renewals for existing customers
• Also responsible for providing quote follow-up and feedback to our marketing team
• Offer basic comprehensive technical support to customer, escalating as needed
• Responsible for order entry and change order / schedule management
• Ensure that all processes and procedures are complete and quality standards are met
• Communicate the client's goals and represent client's interest to the team
• Provide outstanding customer service
• And, as always, other related administrative and customer service duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proven Account Management skills required to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• An understanding of the principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency with all things Office; with a strong focus on Excel
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Incredible focus on accuracy, time and attention to detail
• 0-3 years' experience

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proactive and willing to learn additional tasks and responsibility
• Must have an exceptional work ethic, excellent administrative, organizational, and time management skills and have a strong ability to work under pressure to meet or exceed deadlines.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to provide feedback – maybe, even just a little outspoken; but, don't forget to listen!
• High level of initiation and works well in a team environment

Educational Requirements
• Associate degree required, bachelor degree preferred; or, equivalent work experience
